Chuck E. Cheese`s in Akron

So, let's be honest, Chuck E. Cheese is not a place I really enjoy; it's loud, it's chaotic, the animatronic critters are creepy, but boy do my kids LOVE this place. It's a good place to go when it's cold or rainy cause they wear themselves out just running between game machines like crazy little squirrels (because their attention spans are non-existent here!!). While I don't find the food to be all that amazing, my kids swear the pizza is the best ever. All in all, I highly recommend for kid-sized fun and adult torture.

Had granddaughter's 6th Birthday party there. It was fantastic. Kids all had a great time playing games and getting prizes. The girl that helped with Party was great. She had all the kids singing and dancing.

Some of the games don't accurately give tickets. You have to wait a while in lines. They may just need more people on staff. The staff is friendly though and my kids have a great time

Many machines were out of order, but I always liked there pizza. LOL

It wasn't my favorite Chuck e cheese experience for sure. The staff were mia when I went to look for help & very unprofessional. My only request was when the sketch machine wasn't working (spitting out blank sketches) & the paw patrol game wasn't giving tickets for my 3 year old. So someone comes out & puts tickets in the machine without even acknowledging us. Of course it didn't give him what it should have but she had already took off. When I went to wait for help again the girl looked at me like I spoke a foreign language. I would say it's worth the drive to go to the one on portage. This was our first & last time at this location.

Great place for little ones. This was the 2nd birthday party we had here for my grandson. He loves Chuck E. Cheese!

Their pizza is sub par, but they have a nice salad bar and the kids always have a great time!

I have visited this location a few times and it seems they are getting better but there are still some things they could work on. The games seem to consistently get stuck, the ticket machines break down and the staff seem to always be way busier than norm to help. I know things are super busy with all the kids but it seems they could use some guidance to run a little smoother. This is my opinion as an adult. My kids on the other hand, always seem to have. Good time.

The pizza is awful. At least they had a salad bar.

Classic Chuck E Cheese, their new pay for time model is great and easy for everybody. I have a soft place in my heart for the pizza but it's like any cheap pizza. It's only delicious when you eat it when it's hot.

Great place to have toddler Birthday Party. The pizza is better than any franchise. Our Party Host deserves a raise. She went over and beyond. Chuckie is the Big Cheese!!!

Staff handling the birthday parties were polite helpful and energetic. The staff in the rest of the place were absent and absent minded. This may have been an off day but it was a weekend night.

My kids favorite place. I like the time spending pass instead of points. Very friendly staff and the environment is perfect for my kids. Nothing to complain about at all till now.

The pizza was awesome and the place was really clean. Just the bathroom was a little dirty with no paper towels and only 3 stalls which created a line in the ladies room. And also there is no more ball pit. :(

It is a great place for family fun. I myself sometimes find myself having more fun than my kids. (SO I SAY) Great place and always a great time. We will be back.

Awesome staff and Management. We messed up our party reservation . Although they were already full, they still went above and beyond to help us put on our grandson's birthday party. Customer Service at its best!!!

This location is awesome nust had my birthday for my son there they went above and beyi nd had a great experience and always do when we visit even on regular trips just to play

Went here for a birthday party. The staff was very professional. The manager ran the party and her organization was amazing. She kept things moving and was on point the while time. Kids all enjoyed the games and entertainment.

Had fun, but alot of the game's were not working right. I was very thankful we went with the all you can play option or I would have been out a bunch of points. It still made for a great family outing though!

We have always loved going to Chuck E. Cheese with our kids and now our granddaughters.... but I must say if they do not do something about the customer service these youngs kids are giving just down right rude I think we will have to no longer go😪

Great fun for the whole family and great food also. They even carry alcoholic beverages for the adults. Great affordable fun.

Kids loved it. Games are dated and no longer take tokens. I preferred the tokens. Let's not pretend anyone comes here for the food. You are better off driving to the Canton location.

Out of the 5 employees I encountered there was only one decent one. She did amazing throwing the party. For the manager to be sitting at the table watching how her crew interacted with customers was the icing on the cake. No smiles, no thank you for visiting. Great customer service goes a long way! I even asked for help and the kid told me he was on break to ask someone else. The manager did nothing but watch and stare. Maybe they ALL need trained on basic customer service or fired! Won't be back!

Great store! General Manager is awesome. She made our visit here amazing. We had a great time and she is part of the reason for that. I recommend this place!

Used to love taking my son and nephews to chuck e. Cheese, but now you pay by the hour instead of by the amount of games you play?! So if you go during busy times and want to play popular games you lose out?! Not worth it anymore, we'll go somewhere else instead.

My son and nephew had Soo much fun. Wednesday they have a special 14.99 for a hour of play.

Very entertaining and safe place for kids

Clean place. The food has come a long ways from the cardboard pizza of the 80s. No more tokens. Great people watching and the kids have fun playing lots of games for cheap prizes.

Mother's day was the perfect day to enjoy it with my grandson. No crowds or beligerence. Just some kids having fun!
